Ngarbuh-style Massacre: At Least 10 Innocent Civilians Executed in Mforya, Bafut, Anglophone Cameroon by French- Cameroun Soldiers

Tears of shock and anguish hit the farming community of Mforya in Bafut Local Government in English-seaking Cameroon aka Ambazonia on 6 December 2025. Eye witnesses testified that the French Cameroon military invaded the village and started targeting young men. In the end of their execution mission, at least 10 corpses were identified in street corners and bushes. In one of the massacre places, a local restaurant owner by name Ngwa Set, was shot in his restaurant alongside his customers. In addition to shattering the bodies with bullets, the French Cameroun Bulubeti soldiers also emptied their wallets. Some of the bodies were mutilated beyond recognition and were buried immediately, while others were carried to the mortuary for eventual burial. See attached video

A War Policy Rejected by Voters on 12 November 2025

Come to think of George Bush and the Republican party stealing Obama’s 2008, to continue with the Iraq war that had become unpopular to the American people. On October 12 2025, the Cameroun people overwhelmingly voted out the 94-old Paul Biya and his CPDM party in favor of Issa Tchirouma. As usual, the frail president and tribesmen stole the election. They then went after the winner forcing him into exile. Other opposition leaders were locked up and killed in jail such as Anicet Ekane.. Current Crisis

On October 6, 2016, lawyer and teacher trade unions in the Anglophone regions initiated a strike. Led by Barrister Agbor Balla, Fontem Neba, and Tassang Wilfred, they were protesting against the appointment of French-speaking judges in the British Southern Cameroons. They saw this not only as threatening the common law system in the Anglophone regions, but as part of the general marginalization of Anglophones. The strikes were supported by peaceful protests in the cities of Bamenda, Buea and Limbe. The activists demanded protection of the Common law system of the Anglophone regions, and opposed the civil law system used by the Francophone magistrate in courts in British Cameroon, thus replacing the common law system. They asked for several laws to be translated into English. The greater population inspired by Mancho Bibixy with a coffin demanded for the respect of British Cameroon’s identity. He equally questioned the neglect of the region by the French Cameroun authorities (View Here). Since 2016, more than 56,000 innocent Anglophone Cameroonians have been killed by Paul Biya.

“No Safe Haven: Ambazonian Refugees and Families Targeted in Nigeria”

Almost nine years into the war of extermination against the people of Ambazonia (Anglophone Cameroon), Nigeria continues to turn a blind eye as French Cameroun soldiers brazenly cross its borders to violate international law by hunting down refugees who fled the barbaric regime of 92-year-old dictator Paul Biya. Instead of enjoying the protection they are entitled to, Ambazonian refugees in camps across Nigeria are terrorized by plainclothes French Cameroun soldiers, often operating with the complicity of corrupt Nigerian security officials

One of the victims, Jam Divine—recognized as a legitimate refugee in Nigeria—has been forced to flee from town to town simply to stay alive. Divine escaped Cameroon s year before the 2023 assassination of General RK, his childhood friend. After seizing the fallen general’s phone, French Cameroun forces reportedly began tracking and persecuting anyone linked to its contacts. In Nigeria, Divine’s supposed place of refuge, plainclothes soldiers stormed his shelter in an attempt to silence him forever. He stresses that he has never been a fighter, yet his life is in constant danger simply for being an Ambazonian whom like others simply want to be treated as equal Cameroonian citizen.

Divine’s ordeal is far from unique. Since the illegal abduction and repatriation of the Ambazonian leaders led by Sisiku Ayuk Tabe in January 2018 (the “Nera 10”), the Biya regime has pursued war and repression over dialogue. It has defied repeated international calls for an inclusive political solution, preferring instead to massacre its own citizens. The toll has been catastrophic: more than 53,000 lives lost, over 200,000 refugees scattered across Nigeria and other African nations, and close to 800 villages reduced to ashes by French Cameroun soldiers. Just this year alone, mor than 430 innocent English-speaking Cameroonians have been killed by the French Cameroun barbaric solders

The world cannot continue to look away. Every raid, every burning village, and every refugee forced to run for safety yet again is proof of a deliberate campaign of extermination. Silence and inaction by regional powers like Nigeria and global actors only embolden the regime in Yaoundé to continue its crimes against humanity.

Genesis of the Refugee Crisis in Nigeria

The leader of French-Cameroun, Paul Biya, declares war on British Southern Cameroonians, calling them terrorists, secessionists and promises to eliminate them in 2017. He also offers condolences to some French Cameroun soldiers killed in the peaceful uprising despite thousands of British Southern Cameroonians killed by his soldiers; a clear indication that British Cameroonians are sub-humans, thus good for extinction. His appointed authorities in British Cameroon also forced villagers to leave or be eliminated. The communique below attest to it. Many who could not relocate were killed.

Nine years on in this civil war and the killings of innocent civilians continue by the French Cameroun Bulubeti soldiers. The question that baffles everyone now is, who is still giving these orders as the head of the armed forces in French Cameroun Paul Biya is literally in hospice? The reality of this answer is a disgrace to the United States especially the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that has issued uncountable memos to the frail and dying Paul Biya, to initiate a frank dialogue to tackle the root cause of this conflict that has claimed more than 53,000 lives.

According to sources embedded in the French Cameroun army, the colonial soldiers more than 600 from their regional camp at a locality called Koutaba planned a surprise assault on the Ambazonia State Army(ASA) in the area, on 20th July 2025, but the plan leaked out and they were met with fierce fire and a relocation of their camps. As usual, the soldiers then invaded a farming community of Babanki(Sabga0, where they arrested five civilians at gunpoint to lead them to the Ambazonia State Army hideout. When they failed to locate the Ambazonia soldiers, the French Cameroun Bulubeti soldiers then executed them and dumped them at the junction of a village called Bamessing. (Video below)

The Atrocity Crimes are not Reported

These crimes have largely been under-reported by organizations that governments around the world depend on for informed decisions such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, International Crisis Group, Genocide Watch among others. These organizations that are still to independently and thoroughly investigate these killings continue to use fake figures from the government of Cameroun that has no credibility in the eyes of its own subjects, talk less of the global community. Despite social media evidence of these crimes, the continuous use of these fake figures have helped to an extent to reduce the severity of this genocide that the Norwegian Refugee Council calls the world’s undereported conflict, thus providing cover for the continuous extermination of the English-speaking population with no remorse by Paul Biya with the baxking of Paris, in an attempt to assimilate the English-speaking minority. Paul Biya, 92, has outlived Three Popes since becoming president in 1982 (John Paul II – October 16, 1978 to April 2, 2005, Benedict XVI – April 19, 2005 to February 28, 2013, Francis – March 13, 2013 to April 21, 2025). A total of nine popes have ruled the Vatican in Biya’s lifetime. As a staunch catholic and former mass servant, Biya has been a constant visitor to the Vatican for the past 42 years alongside his wives. He had variously paid State Visits to the Vatican, and when news descended upon the world that Pope Francis had died on April 21, 2025, Biya and wife were expected to be at the funeral service held on Saturday, April 26, 2025. However, he was notably absent, represented there by one of his ministers – Atanga Nji. In addition to the pope’s funeral, Biya was no show at the inauguration of the 620 meters Logone River Bridge; a cross-border bridge connecting Cameroun and Chad. The presidential couple were again absent at the inauguration of Gabon’s new president, Brice Oligui Nguema, May 3, 2025, at a ceremony attended by 16 other African heads of states at a full stadium north of the capital Libreville. Mr. Nguema, who led a coup that toppled the almost 60-year reign of the Bongos, was sworn in for a seven-year term.

Fear of a Free Media

These are all ceremonies that Paul Biya and wife would have stole the show with another brightly colored dress . elaborate and gigantic wig, The question that begs for the reasons for these unique absences added to the Russia Victory Day (9 May) summit is where and why did Biya whom loyalists and state media continue to describe as strong and healthy absent? With a call by loyalist for the almost 93-year-oid dictator to seek another 7-year-term this year, one should have expected him to be active in these public events as he and wife used to monopolized such occasions years past. The answer is clear, Biya and his oligarchs now depend on AI. media manipulation to hold the country together. Biya remains the only name and personality that instills fear in the hearts of in French Cameroun This media manipulation was explicit during Macron’s visit to Yaounde in 2022, where French journalists ridiculed the fragile president during a press conference in which Macron was the one repeating the questions to a some how befuddled Biya. In a typical manipulative and unethical, and professional malpractice, the State Media – , CRTV trails the Camera instead on the journalists who poses the question as Biya fumbles the answers in vain with Macron. Professionally, the camera is to focus on the interviewee after the interviewer ask his/her question, Things didn’t really work out for the state-controlled media as the French journalists were embarrassed at the foolery and started laughing as Biya fumbles on. Even with Macron’s interpretation of the question, Biya failed to grasp anything. With CRTV now caught between the laughing journalist and a comatose Biya, an abrupt cut to the Biya’s Unity Palace was the way out of the opprobrium. With those three events supposedly to be covered by multiple national and international media outlets that Biya authorities and State Media(crtv) won’t have any control, the safest bet was for the supposedly “strong and healthy” Biya at 92 to be kept home and so shield the world from his hidden frailties, thus embarrassments.

Enter 20th May 2025

Biya is expected to be present at this year’s 20th May Celebrations, as the sate media- crtv will be in charge, On the eve of the event, an AI- assisted Biya will be expected to be seen delivering a speech to his subjects. Authorities have been banned from carrying any electronic gadgets to the ceremony. The manipulative scheme/script has been written – avoid any close ups. no trailing of Biya for more than 4 seconds. Once Biya alights the presidential Limo, focus more on the military and after the hand shake, cut away to the flags or planes flying above. Dont’t show Biya crawling/walking to the grand stand. Show him seated instead… All these deceptive moves have been achieved thanks to AI, coercion, none-existent opposition and a docile French Cameroun public. Killings in the Anglophone Regions

It is estimated that Mr. Biya has killed more than 53,000 innocent civilians in the English-speaking regions of the country who are demanding for a safeguard of their rights in the union which they voted to belong as co-equals in 1961. More than 500,000 are internally displaced with another 90,000 as refugees in Nigeria (Click here).The 92-year-old dictator’s desire to ethnically cleans any community that opposes him are articulated even by some of his ministers who believe such actions is justified. For Biya’s Justice Minister, Momo Jean de Dieu, annihilating any Camerounian who opposes Biya will be justified just like Hitler’s massacre of 6 million “industrious and arrogant Jews”, who posed a threat to him and Germany (Click here). As one Cameroon activists puts it, “It’s hypocritical for the Israeli Ambassador to Cameroun to be outraged and demands an apology over Jews and holocaust comments, when the actual holocaust is happening with the Anglophones in Cameroon”.

Truths, standards and ethics are rare commodities in Biya’s Kamerun. Since the start of the Civil war between the majority French speaking and the minority English-speaking people, lies and fabrications of facts have been the norm. Unable to defeat the English-speaking soldiers(Ambazonia State Armies), and ashamed to dialogue as recommended by international bodies, Biya has forged ahead with trying to impose control over the anglophone regions(Ambazonia) with Administrators whom he cannot guarantee their security. Hitherto marginalized, Anglophones have seen themselves being assigned positions earlier denied them prior to the start of the Civil War in 2016. The sad reality being that they are being sent to the war zone. Such is the case of Mr Ewane Roland, Divisional Officer of a local government area called Idabato close to the Gulf of Guinea where pirates frequent. Mr Ewane was allegedly kidnapped by unknown men, on 1st October 2024 to unknown location within the creeks in the area.

RANSOM DEMANDED BY KIDNAPPERS

According to family members of Mr. Ewane, and on social media, the kidnappers initially demanded billions of dollars, but since scaled it down to less than a million dollars with an assortment of equipment such as generators and boat engines. The family has made a sympathetic plea to the Cameroun government, to secure the release of their brother to no avail. The government according to the family insists it does not pay ransom. This to many flies in the face of their track record as they have consistently paid ransom to groups like Boko Haram to secure hostages.

In April 2013, Paul Biya, of Cameroon willy-nilly coughed out about $3.14 million ransom to secure liberty for some seven members of an adopted French family (Moulin-Fourniers). These inconsequential citizens were received by Paul Biya at the state house, even though they insisted in public that no ransom was paid. Again July in 2014, the group seized the Lamido (local ruler), of Kolofata, in Northern Cameroon and the wife of Cameroon’s deputy prime minister, Akaoua Babiana.

The Deputy Prime Minister, Mr. Amahdou Ali had represented the Cameroon government in the Moulin-Fourniers negotiations, and failed to pay the totality of the ransom agreed with the group. Again, the Cameroon government was obliged to release about 30 Boko Haram prisoners and weapons with a safe passage back to Boko Haram territory, about $600,000 in cash to complete the previous payment and to secure freedom for the prime minister’s wife and the other hostages among whom were 10 Chinese engineers.

Her story adds to several women raped by frenchCameroun soldiers in the ongoing civil war that has claimed more than 55 000 lives since 2016. Paul Biya who has enjoyed strong support from the Blinkin/Biden Administration feels untouchable. With the backing of France and the Biden Administration Biya has violated every sector of international humanitarian law. He has carried out forced disappearances, public execution of Innocent Civilians under their custody, burning of villages and even forcefully asking some Civilians to abandon their communities.

The 15-year-old explains how the French Cameroun colonial soldier forcefully raped her and even locked her up in his residence for a week where she was raped daily. When the mother realized that she was raped, she decided to move her out of the village of Babanki in the northern part of English speaking Cameroon. While in the town of Bamenda she was taken to a healthcenter for check-up and the result was a pregnancy. The frustrated family threw away the girl’ cellphone to terminate any communication with the rapist. The vulnerable lady also explains how her education was torpedoed by the rapist soldiers. Her story adds to regular abuses of women as old as 73 by these French Cameroun soldiers who are still to get any punishment from any human rights organization in the world.
