British Southern Cameroons (Ambazonia) Genocide Library

With its military Atrocities having earned an apartment at the ICC, the French Cameroun authorities have devised a scheme to shield these soldiers from the inevitable. For the first time they have acknowledged the ownership of more than 30 well-funded non- military groups in British Southern Cameroons. Through its global propaganda partner, the Xinhua News of China, the authorities acknowledged that these groups (responsible for kidnappings and attacks on innocent civilians), receive funding from them.

Scared of a blow-back, the authorities tried desperately to embellish these government militias/boys by calling them vigilantes, whose aim is to protect communities. This acknowledgement goes to confirm the cry by leadership of the British Cameroon Resistance Movement and activists that these so-called Atanga Nji, boys responsible for Atrocity Crimes were sponsored by the French Cameroun Government. Their mission they say is to discredit the Ambazonian Resistance Movement. On the claim of protection, one activists asked, ” which protection after having burnt our communities and raped our girls and women?”. The name Atanga Nji boys comes from Mr. Atanga Nji, a loyalist of the ruling party, and graduate of one of French Cameroun’s notorious prisons – New Bell. He was appointed French Cameroun’s Minister for Territorial Administration, by the 86-year-old Paul Biya, in 2018. For more on Atanga Nji’s atrocities, (Click here).

The atrocious activities of the Atanga Nji Boys cum Vigilante Groups have been seen in Wum, in the Northern Zone of British Cameroon, where the French Cameroun Military, guided them to kill and burn people and villages. The actions was recently seen again with a fake burial of a lady alive in Guzang, Northern Zone of British Cameroon, only for the lady to resurrect and joined forces with those who killed her to demagogue for the French Cameroun authorities early this month. Despite public identification of the same people acting different roles the French Cameroun authorities remain adamant in casing the same people.

U.S Authorities Aware of the Atanga Nji Militias.

The existence of these militias or Atanga Nji Boys have been known to citizens of British Cameroon and U.S authorities such as Rep. Karen Bass, who visited French Cameroun recently, and acknowledged being briefed on these government militias. The official acceptance by the French Cameroun authorities is seen by many as an attempt to shield the French Cameroun Military on impending charges of Crimes Against Humanity and other Atrocity Crimes. This military stand accused of burning more than 9100 homes in British Cameroon (evidence here), and killing more than 14,300 including babies as young as four months-old (Evidence here).

Resurrected Atanga Nji Militia

The fear among the population of the British Cameroons, is that these Atanga Nji, boys knowing they are paid and protected by the French Cameroun authorities will amplify their rape, torture and abuses on the innocent populations. A concerned parent whose child is in the miitary warned all other parents to ensure their children are not part of this so-called vigilantes, as the French Cameroun authorities are out to scapegoat them. he equally said the so-called vigilantes are made up of French Cameroun soldiers. Their mission is to continue with the military atrocities in a different manner. Below is one of those abuses of a 17-year-old breastfeeding mother raped by the roadside in broad daylight, in Bamenda, British Cameroon, by the French Cameroun Military/Militias.

These so-called Government Militias or Atanga Nji, boys have not shied away from displaying their wedding with the French Cameroun authorities. Many who impersonated the Ambazonia self-defense groups, were present at a recently-organized dialogue in the French Cameroun Capital Yaounde,
(September 30th – October 4, 2019), singing a different tone of being defected Ambazonian soldiers. The Chinese State News site Xinhua has been a regular partner of French Cameroun authorities relaying the genocide in British Cameroon, by calling innocent civilians killed terrorists. “YAOUNDE, Oct. 15 (Xinhua) — Community defense forces, otherwise known as vigilante groups, are growing in Cameroon’s two English-speaking regions of Northwest and Southwest for crime crackdown, local authorities said Monday.

Growing kidnapping for ransom and armed robbery had prompted communities to form vigilante groups to track down the perpetrators, Benoît Emvoutu Mbita, prefect of Ngoketunjia, one of the worst-hit divisions in the Northwest region, told reporters.

“They are tired of the atrocities committed by separatists and have decided to defend themselves. We are asking all communities to form their own vigilante groups and collaborate with the military to make sure that these atrocities are stopped,” Mbita said during an event to support the vigilante groups in the Northwest region.

More than 30 vigilante groups have been formed in the regions since conflicts between government forces and armed separatists started in 2017, according to local authorities.

“These boys have tried their best in their various quarters. They are available to secure the population and their properties,” said Ndong Chamberlin Ntou’ou, prefect of Meme division of the Southwest region.

The Cameroonian government has provided financial and material support to the groups “to fight separatist atrocities.”

The government said the atrocities are committed by separatists who want to create an independent nation in the two Anglophone regions. However, separatists have denied the accusations and blamed the government for staging the crimes to tarnish their international image.

It was the first gruesome murder of a handicap in the ongoing genocide in British Southern Cameroon. It was straight from an ISIS script, as the terror group was receiving global scorn for their beheading in the middle East. while the Obama administration was busy formulating strategies to eliminate the evil ISIS, it was at the same time propping up a dictator who has proven to be as sanguinary as ISIS – Paul Biya of French Cameroun

Late Mr. Chiabah Samuel, popularly known for his jovial nature as Sam Soya, Father of 5, was mangled and beheaded in Belo, in Northern Zone of British Southern Cameroon, on February 3, 2018 by French-Cameroun soldiers, trained and equipped by the U.S government and other Western countries like France. The late Mr. Chiabah, at the time was a handicap on crutches, shot on the knee by the same soldiers during a peaceful demonstration 4 months earlier – 22 September, 2017.

In the video arrogantly posted by the military killers, the late handicap is seen denying the charges leveled against him by his killers. Another tortured victim is equally seen claiming the handicapped Mr. Chiabah was behind a recent killing of a female Bulubeti militia/military on a killing spree in the village; trump up charges the soft-spoken Mr. Chiabah denied. The fake witness (not known by Belo inhabitants), and who was later killed alongside Samsoya, unconsciously revealed that the soldiers had already killed some other people. Hear him, “those lying outside…”. These American-trained soldiers with the complicity of French Cameroun’s-appointed administrative officers apart from killing Mr. Chiabi, equally destroyed his home and burnt his transportation bikes, even though he was survived by a wife and five children.

Mr. Chiabi’s confession, of ignorance, before his public execution did not go unnoticed. Some Participants to the gruesome murder truly saw his innocence, but were coerced into murdering the handicap, who could barely stand. According to one of the unwilling participants, to the ISIS-style beheading of Samsoya (name still in a time capsule), their boss was the French Cameroun’s appointed Divisional Officer (D.O) for Belo Mr. NICHOLAS NKONGHO MANCHANG. As an Assistant D.O for Fundong , interim for Belo and later D.O for Belo, Mr. NICHOLAS NKONGHO MANCHANG, knew Samsoya very well. Mr. Sam Soya was a regular supplier of Weed to most of the colonial Gerdames in Belo, under Mr. NICHOLAS NKONGHO MANCHANG. It was no secret to Belo indigenes that the Gerdames, together with some of the youths they later murdered usually enjoy their “nkuh” or marijuana under a Kola tree, well known to inhabitants of Belo and the D.O.

In order to please his masters, and the few BetiBulu militias who had descended on Belo following the killings of the colonial Gerdame, the DO did not fail to do his job as a quisling. He personally interviewed Samsoya, asking the questions that only an anglophone, familiar with the locality could. After the interrogation, and like Pontus Pilate, the D.O – a son of Kembong in the Southern Zone of British Cameroon /Ambazonia visaed the elimination of Samsoya and his friends with no remorse.

According to our source, “if the D.O had not ordered for Samsoya’s beheading, we wouldn’t have done it. He was the top administrator of the sub-divison. He said. In a baffling mood he said, “il était anglophone et nous a donné l’ordre de les tuer. C’est terrible. (He was an anglophone and gave us orders to kill them. It’s terrible). I know maybe he was scared of a revenge if they would have been set free”. He continued. “But to take away their lives in such gruesome ways, is sickening. It drains me daily”. He wept. “I feel saddened till date about the murders. I saw innocence in Sam soya’s confessions, but he made us kill him for nothing. If I can apologize to the victims, I will”. The disturbed witness lamented. Our source’s testimony is confirmed by Samsoya’s torture video. The D.O’s power is evident when he ordered Samsoya’s assassins to “wait first” (Attendez d’abord…) during the torturing process, as evident by this torture video.

Danpullo’s Hit Man.

The unwilling murderer equally described the D.O, as Danpullo’s hit man in the area. Many disappearances in Belo, he said were masterminded by the D.O in cohort with Alhadji Baba Ahmad Danpullo, the pro-Biya and ruling party backer, who wields a lot of power in the country. He has been accused severally for usurping land from farmers, with no repercussions, as Biya’s appointed administrators provide every protection, lawfully or otherwise. Sensing abandonment by global defenders of his genocidal regime for snubbing a call for an inclusive dialogue, to address the conflict which he ignited, the frail 86-year-old dictator of French Cameroun Paul Biya, summoned a dialogue for his acolytes across the world. At the end, a resolution earlier suggested by one of his rivals, Maurice Kamto, was inked for acclamation by the mostly pro-Biya sleepy octogenarians who attended the charade. “Why should a conflict that has killed about 14,000 of us anglophones be resolved by those who know nothing about it”. One frustrated participant asked. Former Transparency International Director Mr. Akere Muna, describes it as a kind of King Makers’ gathering. Many were mere spectators thus refused from speaking, which means they already selected those to speak, the Barrister fumed, as he walked out of the sleepy occasion. He had earlier poured his frustration on twitter saying: “

Another expatriate who bought a new French Cameroun flag to attend the occasion, after having burnt the previous one in anger over the treatment of his people, confirmed his earlier hatred for French Cameroun. “Many of us in the hall were offered money, not to talk about “FEDERATION” Mola Lysinge from the UK told press men. Genuine British Cameroonians all over the world, had disassociated themselves with what they call another scam by French Cameroon. A genuine dialogue they insist must include a neutral mediator to tackle the coming together of these two autonomous people in 1961. “A UN mandated territory cannot be deciding the fate of another Mandated territory. It’s the role of the UN”. One activists stated. The need for a neutral arbiter was equally echoed by the few independent minds like the Bishops from the British Cameroons who attended the Biya dialogue in the French Cameroun Capital Yaounde from the 30th of September – 4th of October 2019.

The scam of the “CPDM” monologue was summarized by a French blogger thus: “Quart jours et plus pour proposer la decentralization a un etat decentralize, quia tout un ministre de la decentralisation. je veux comprendre“. Translated: “Four days and more to propose decentralization to a decentralized state, which has a whole minister of decentralization. I want to understand”.

As the scam was being showcased to the moribund global community, the killings and burning, intensified in the British Cameroons. From Mutengene where 9 children were massacred in their own farm by French Cameroun soldiers to Muyenge were internally-displaced were shot, their makeshift tents set on fire, there was no evidence of a change in strategy. “Who kills nine innocent children, calling them terrorists in broad daylight?” A mourner in Mutengene, Southern Zone of British Cameroon questions. “This is genocide on us” Another wailing voice in the chorus of mourners in Mutengene interjected.

These have been the three parties that continue to praise every murder mission French Cameroun is undertaking in British Cameroon. They supported the fake Yaounde dialogue and praised its outcome, even when victims of the genocide, and even British Cameroonians sympathetic to French Cameroun rubbish it. The most talked about National Dialogue by Cameroun authorities after years of Brutality and Atrocity Crimes on the minority English-speaking people of British Cameroon, was to include all stakeholders. While many have insisted that the dialogue should be to address the British Southern Cameroon issue and not a Kamerun issue, some have kept their fingers crossed. The list of invitees have left many wondering what effect will the dialogue have, if the current invitees bear semblance to the ruling party’s congress. Conspicuously absent in the lists are people who would have no doubt made valuable contributions to the dialogue. These people have been consciously ignored, by the French Cameroun-appointed governors to the British Cameroons, even by the church whose biblical teachings forbid such harm to these people. Born in 1925, the Fon of Mankon, Solomon Anyeghamotü Ndefru – Angwafor III, has praised the French Cameroun Military for a job well done, in the ongoing genocide in British Southern Cameroon. Speaking to Equinox Television in his palace in Mankon, September 16, 2019. The staunch supporter of frail 86-year-old Paul Biya, of French Cameroon stated that, by taking up arms against “Our Army” – The French Cameroon Army, the British Southern Cameroonians defending their families are against him as a traditional ruler. Visibly angry, the traditional ruler emphatically said he will never support the return to the pre -1961, status of the two former UN mandated territories of French Cameroun and British Cameroon. He thus vowed to hand over a united Kamerun to the next ruler as he handed British Southern Cameroon to Ahidjo and French Cameroun in 1961.

Reaction to the Fon’s statements have been swift on social media, some describing him as a troop of old lackeys who still believe they can determine the future of the youths of today. Some equally question the Fon’s sense of empathy and sympathy based on the number of innocent people killed in his Fondom by the French Cameroun military he praises. Others have equally warned of severe consequences if the Fon embarks on the “scam” called dialogue. “Fon Angwafor is part of the greedy anti-democratic CPDM octogenarians who think they must be in political authority till they are lowered into the grave”, one angry individual writes on wattapp. Another who identifies herself as Princess Harriet, while pleading with the Fon to reason with the suffering people of British Cameroon, equally questions the Fon’s sense of truth. “Is this what you voted for Mbeh” The Princess questions? ” You voted for a federal structure. What happened to it” The female royalty pushes further. “To see Cameroon United Fon Angwafor, should simply ask for a referendum for British Cameroonians as they did in 1961”. Another concluded.

It should be noted that, despite his robust support for the French Cameroun military, the same military has wrecked havoc in the Fon’s fondom. The Village of Alaachu was completely burnt by the French Cameroun military on 16 May, 2019, to the cowardice of the Fon who raised no protest. Several livestock were also killed by the military. The latest gruesome killing in the Fondom was a 24-year-old Nurse Carine and her sister shot point blank by the military, when Carine and sister made the mistake of identifying themselves as Anglophones. The French Cameroun military are often selective in their killings. French speakers have been spared, while English speakers have been selectively shot.

Biography
Born in 1925, Fon or Fo Angwafo III S.A.N of Mankon attended the Aggrey Memorial College Arochuku, Eastern Nigeria, from 1945-1950, where he obtained the Senior Cambridge Secondary School Certificate. He later enrolled in the University College Ibadan, Nigeria, and graduated with a Diploma in Agriculture in 1953. Until he was enthroned as the twentieth king of Mankon in 1959, he was the Chief of Agricultural Technicians in Wum. Fo Angwafo III S.A.N of Mankon has about five medals of awards from the Government of French Cameroun. Also, his particular interests in the past on Education and Peace earned him two other medals from the Vatican by Pope John XXIII and Pope John Paul II. Retired Catholic Clergy, Cardinal Christian Tumi, of the Republique of Cameroun, has openly confessed that they deliberately tried to influence the outcome of a survey of British Southern Cameroonians on the form of the state of Kamerun. Speaking to Equinox Television, in the French Cameroun Economic Capital of Douala, on September 16, 2019, the prelate said the interviewees refused to hear about federalism, which they stated was the form of the state. “When we said what form of government will solve this problem, we made the choice for them like Federation, Decentralization. Just about 4 or 5 reacted out of a thousand“. The Cardinal said 69% of the respondents added the third option with the qualifier “ABSOLUTE” Separation. “We were taken aback” Cardinal Tumi said. To the man of God, it is clear that 69% of British Cameroonians are convinced that if Anglophones and Francophones want to live as brothers and sisters, then absolute separation is the form of governance. Quizzed on the idea of secession to be included in the dialogue, Cardinal Tumi was blunt that the subject must be included. President Paul Biya, he said cannot deny the will of the people, as the state is not God’s creation. The prelate equally stated that he firmly believes that separation can solve the problem from their research on the field.

Cry My Beloved British Cameroon

The man of God also made it clear that his position has always been a federal system, as he personally fought for it. He however regretted the bad faith of French Cameroun ruling authorities, who neglected the 1996 constitution. To him, effective decentralization would have prevented the conflict. Nostalgic about British Cameroon, the soft-spoken Tumi, decried abuses by the French Cameroun ruling authorities. “I first saw a Policeman with a gun, after unification. Police men had batons in British Cameroon. After unification, we see a police man with a gun, ready to fire, and brutalize”. On the abysmal French judicial system, he decried arbitrary arrests and jailing of people for years without trial. “Everything here is force, force, force. We are not used to that. This country is a different thing”. Cardinal Tumi stated

On the neutrality of the host of the the trumpeted national dialogue, including its chair, Mr. Dion Ngute, of the ruling CPDM party, the Cardinal, called on participants to give him the benefit of doubt. He however warned of chaos if transparency is found wanting. He equally endorsed the presence of the military, claiming the military has played an important role in the conflict.

The conflict it should be recalled started in 2016 as a peaceful demand by people of the former British Southern Cameroon, (an autonomous entity that voted to join an independent French Cameroun in 1961 as two equal partners ) for equality. Their demands were met by the full weight of the French Cameroun military leading to a planned ethnic targeting of the English-speaking people. Till date more than 14,300 people have been killed by the French Cameroun military. (click here for corpses), close to 10,000 homes burnt. (Click here for evidence). Refugees in Nigerian number more than 50,000, while close to 2 million are internally displaced. For three years schools in the British Cameroons have remained ineffective. Worthy of note is the fact that life in French Cameroun has remained unperturbed while their military rape and annihilate villages in British Cameroon. Of all the clamour for talks, the participants have refused to talk about the people killed. According to a victim whose mother was shot by the Cameroun military on her way to church, dialogue should begin by counting the killed. This he said can only be done by a neutral party. It should be noted that despite a call for some sort of talks, the killings in British Cameroon by the French Cameroun military continues. The predominantly Fulanis herders under the watchful eye of the French Cameroun-appointed Governor to the Northern Zone of British Cameroun, Lele Afrique, continue their ethnic cleansing of their host – the natives in the locality of Wum, about 50 miles from the city of Bamenda. Report indicates more killings and burning of villages. Most of these Fulanis are well armed by the state. In other areas of the northern Zone of the territory, the genocide continued unabated with babies including the unborn and their mothers killed by Lele Afrique in th town of Ndop. Midnight raids in homes saw more extra-judicial assassinations of women and children like in Njenefor, Nkwen, a few miles from the town of Bamenda on 6 August, 2019.

The Southern Zone of the territory witnessed same massacres by another French Cameroun appointed Governor Mr. Okalia Bilai. Fako and Meme saw the colonizer’s wrath with innocent children being deprived of their parents. Okalia in broad daylight ordered the most gruesome massacres of the month in Muyuka and Mutengene. In Mutengene, an innocent mother went into a coma as the fresh blood of his son shot by the French Cameroun Bulubeti militias clotted in his arms. (Watch the video below).

Eye Witness Account of Some of the Murders in Muyuka

This eye witness narrates the ordeal in Muyuka, when Okalia Bilai’s Bulubeti Militia, invaded the peaceful area: “Shockingly, this is Muyuka 4/08/2019, precisely Makanga. You won’t believe that being on Sunday in a peaceful atmosphere after churches have closed people in their various quarters, occasions going on, funerals and normal businesses, at around 8 pm military men just storm the quarter with armor vehicles, dangerous war equipment, surprised people with constant saturating gunshots such that people confused what was happening, as the people scattered and ran to either directions, many unfortunately fell into the hands of military who carried them to GBHS front gate and shot them all death. Some happen to be missing only to discovered they were carried to another location after their station called Meanger and killed there. From many points of view they were killed in that way so that it won’t be like mass massacre. Among those in the photo are Mr Abraham with Jean and tennis a palm wine tapper, Mr Joe a road side petrol seller with black trousers, a man called Pa Faith a chemist seller in the middle,  a bike rider whose name am still to know. All were at their business centers when they were caught and taken to murder. Heart breaking, Pa Faith is supposed to have his marriage ceremony on the coming Saturday at Catholic Church Makanga. God sees this, nature sees this, the world sees this; what Cameroun government prefer to do southern Cameroon for crime they haven’t committed except seeking for independence from the brutal colonial rule over them. I don’t know if Paul Biya is now the world president or God of gods, pharaoh, Herod and Nebuchadnezzar …….. “. ( For more body counts, click here)

Another gruesome massacre took place in the Northern Zone, where the Bulubeti militias fulfilled a killer mission that began more than 60 years back, under Paul Biya’s mentor Ahidjo. Njenefor (also known as Mberegha) in Nkwen Fondom, Northern Zone of British Southern Cameroon, is the embodiment of British Southern Cameroons’ hospitality. Nkwen indigenes and those of nearby villages of Bafut and Bambui refer to the area as “Ntongtu”, the generic name for Bamileke people from French Cameroun. Most Citizens of the far off village (Njenefor), originated from French Cameroun. Running from persecution from Ahidjo, Biya and the French colonial administration in the late 50s and early 60s, the Fon of Nkwen at the time gave them refuge at this distant forest.
